</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Two months ago, president Barack Obama announced a migratory relief for those individuals who came to the United States as children, are under 31 years old, and have graduated from school or serve in the US Army or the Coast Guard.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Other guidelines are specified in this <a href="http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Humanitarian/Deferred%20Action%20for%20Childhood%20Arrivals/daca-consider.pdf." target="_blank">USCIS publication</a>.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Those who fulfill the requirements you may be elegible for employment authorization.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The forms that have to be sent to the USCIS are I-821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, along with form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and an I-765WS.
